According to China Construction, the builder developed a innovative smart construction system platform which integrated BIM, IoT, big-data, AI and VR technologies for the project, achieves automation data acquisition, intelligent analysis, smart warning and intelligent control via many smart eyes as probes and sensors all over construction site. Among these smart eyes, inclinometer sensors plays a key role.

At the first time, the supper factory project introduced a "Intelligent High Counts Wireless Monitoring System" which consist of 27 sensors in 9 detect sites, to monitoring settlement, displacement, titl angle and load-bearing strength of high, huge and heavy boards.

At present, the common high counts wireless monitoring system have 4 subsystems including sensing, intelligent data acquisition, alarm and monitoring software. In the sensing system, displacement sensors, inclinometers sensors, axial pressure sensors and transducers are used to monitoring the template settlements, the axial force of vertical rod, and Inclination of horizontal levers. In case a value detected and exceeded the threshold, the system will sound and send alarm messages.
