The acceleration sensor is used to measure the acceleration of a moving object. Even if the object is in a static state, the acceleration sensor will have the output of gravity. When the inclination of the object changes, the components of the gravity axis will also change. Using this principle, the corresponding inclination angle of the object can be calculated by the output on each axis of the acceleration sensor. For a stationary object, the acceleration sensor can measure its angle very accurately.
The dynamic inclinometer sensor uses the joint action of a gyroscope and an acceleration sensor. The gyroscope performs dynamic measurement while the acceleration sensor performs static measurement. The two complement each other. Coupled with optimization measures such as algorithm correction and compensation in the production process and software, the angle and change of the moving object can be measured very accurately.
